I made a service call on a Wednesday morning for my oven that had stopped working. Landers happened to have a tech in the area and within two hours of my call John was on site. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part and the repair was completed within 45 minutes. From the time of making the service call to the repair being completed was over the top professional with an emphasis on customer service. What’s not to like about that?

I’ve now used Landers at least 5 times to repair and replace various appliances over the past 20 years. Every time, they’ve come out in a timely manner and have provided great service. Their repairs to my oven and fridge have saved the time, money, and hassle of trying to find new appliances to fit in a small 100 year old house. And when I needed a new washer/dryer, they were able to find options that fit through the unusually small basement door.
