Every repair carries a 90-day money-back guarantee. If the same problem returns within 90 days, we fix it free. If a different problem appears, we price it as if we'd caught both on the first visit. Yes, we charge a service fee that varies by brand. It covers the trip out and the diagnosis of your appliance, and the cost of any repair is separate. If you decide to replace the appliance through us instead, we can credit that fee toward the new one.
