Sub-Zero has produced the penultimate built in refrigeration product since long before I broke into the industry in the mid seventies. Sub-Zero has established the standard that all other manufacturers have attempted to emulate. It has been said that imitation is one of the highest forms of flattery and many people are working to imitate the Sub-Zero built-in refrigerator. It is quite a compliment to this American based, family owned company!
Sub-Zero's unique 84" tall, counter depth product that can accommodate custom cabinet doors and handles so that it blends into the kitchen was genius. Dual compressors in an overhead compartment that is easily accessed, 36', 42", and 48" wide models with a wide variety of features including recessed hinges have all contributed to the Sub-Zero heritage of innovation. The latest under the counter appliances Sub-Zero has introduced have allowed them to offer quite a large number of refrigeration products to meet the growing demand of the affluent customer.
From a service perspective our technicians at Landers Appliance have found the Sub-Zero product reliable, long lasting, with easy to find and understand technical manuals and wiring schematics, and a factory technical and customer service staff that bends over backwards to provide what I would classify as the white glove treatment. Parts are relatively easy to get and usually within a few days. Their standard treatment of customers have set the bar exceptionally high and they continue to do so day in and day out for many decades. Their key parts warranty is the best in the industry and they take exceptional care in training their network of authorized service providers to provide excellent service delivery. I'm proud to say that some of Landers Appliance own specific customer service training material for our technicians has been used as part of Sub-Zero's training.
There is a lot to be said about the Sub-Zero products themselves but the level of customer service they offer whenever a problem arises sets them apart from all the other brands. Landers Appliance is proud to provide our own outstanding, award winning professional service on Sub-Zero refrigerators and all Sub-Zero products.
