Repair tech was knowledgeable and courteous. Explained each step he was doing and why. Repair was performed in a timely fashion. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Landers for your repair needs!
The technician was very pleasant, diagnosed the problem, got the two parts needed and installed them. The only complaint is the wait to have someone come out and then the wait to have the technician come back to install them.

Landers is the BEST!
Steve did a great job explaining several items related to the operation of our washer and dryer. Really has both the customer and Landers' best interest at heart. Definitely a knowledgeable service tech. 👍
We live in a townhouse, and our washer and dryer combo is on the third floor. Extremely tight space! Malcolm removed the washer and dryer with ease and fixed our leaky drain hose, no problem. No damage at all. Wonderful technician.

I had CJ very polite, very knowledgeable, bound and determined to find out what the problem was and he did very pleased with him. Came out, got straight to the point and handled the job. Clear on price point and didnt try to switch things up. Timely, quick, and efficient too. Worked on my dryer that is like 80 years old and saved her for a few more spins till shes officially out of commission. Thanks yall!

It was very easy to make an appointment and Landers’ kept me updated the day of my appointment with when the tech was headed to my house. Malcom was the tech that came out and he was fantastic! He walked me through what he was doing and answered my questions along the way. My dryer belt snapped and he replaced it quickly. Once he was finished, he made sure everything was working properly. Overall, it was a pretty quick and easy process and I hopefully have many more years out of my dryer because it is still in great condition.

Landers scheduled us during the busy holidays, booked out for the week. Our Landers Tech came this morning and reported a bad computer board not communicating with the compressor. The board is more expensive than the fridge to replace. It was a quick diagnosis once he arrived, disappointing news but trusted reliable services at the same time. We are replacing the 13 year old fridge. We would definitely use Landers again.

Both tech and his apprentice were very professionals friendly. They worked on my fridge and oven. The tech was very knowledgeable and apparently a good teacher too. They advised me well and did a good job cleaning up too.

Scheduled service for 12/29/2025. Excellent communications from Landers confirming visit. Service tech Malcolm arrived on time, was courteous and very professional. Unfortunately Landers was unable to repair our 35 year old range because parts are no longer available. Landers waved their service fee. Highly recommend and will use again.

The led light in my freezer went up and caused a few lights in the refrigerator to go out also. They handled the repairs without an issue. Good thing I bought the extended warranty because it was no charge at all.

I wanted to say I was very pleased with the Tech Dante. He diagnosed the problem on his first visit but had to order the required part. He installed the part which turned out to be faulty. He ordered another part an installed it. It appears to be closing the door now and sealing correctly. Dante did not want to quit until he solved and corrected my problem. Landers is a great company for repairing appliances.
