Edit- Malcolm was our Tech’s name! First time customer and they will definitely be on the top of our call list when need another repair. Our technician was amazing! He was so professional and nice! I am sorry but I cannot remember his name. There was some type of warranty from Whirlpool and he made me aware that they would put the claim in for me. You definitely have a great employee.

We had Landers repair a dryer that had electronics that were no good anymore. The technician, CJ, couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. He correctly diagnosed the problem (later confirmed by a factory tech) on Friday, and Landers had the parts in on Monday and CJ fixed it on Tuesday. He explained the problem thoroughly and was very patient while we decided whether or not we wanted them to do the repair. Experiences like this are why we always use Landers. (Note: The price stated was Lander's service charge and does not include the cost of the parts.)

The bigger oven of our two-oven/cooktop gas appliance had stopped working during a busy week to include bread baking. We were able to use our smaller oven and countertop smart oven to bake the bread. The oven lights also would not turn off. Landers was available later that week to have someone come out and look at the oven, however, our schedule would not accommodate that. During the weekend, the oven lights did reset and operate as expected. When the Landers tech showed up, everything was working as it should. He did indicate that if a similar failure occurs within 30 days, the cost of diagnostic would be covered. He also took the time to share with me his thoughts on oven/stove top cleaning along with thoughts on gas versus electric versus induction ovens.

Landers came out this morning to look at our refrigerator. The ice maker is failing and Freezer is not holding temperature. We didn’t want to jump right to buying a new fridge if ours could be repaired. Landers found the compressor was super hot and drawing 1amp when it should be 3amps. After discussing the options and pricing to repair it’s clear that a new fridge is the way to go. Bummer but at least we are making an informed decision. They are also helpful in advising brands to purchase/stay away from.

In a row home with a narrow basement I was very worried about being able to get a washer and dryer down the stairs, so I was very happy and relieved that Landers was able to work with us and recommend a good replacement, and their professional and quick delivery staff were able to get it downstairs and installed in record time! Would certainly recommend Landers to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their appliances.
