Highly recommend Landers! After having been told by another company that it would probably be cheaper to replace my washing machine than fix it,( it's only 4 years old) I remembered Landers. They had done work for me before. I was able to get a technician out in 2 days. The young gentleman (Dontae) that came out was very nice and VERY knowledgeable. It only took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and had it fixed and running in less than an hour. Saved me about $500! I was beyond happy with the service!

The ice maker in my refrigerator quit working and I was convinced I would have to buy a new one. There are not a lot of companies that repair appliances anymore since they are all designed for planned obsolescence. I found Landers through a post in my community group. They came out within 2 days. More my schedule than theirs. The technician arrived promptly. He removed the ice maker and immediately knew what the problem was. He showed it to me and explained the issue, which I really appreciated. The best thing was that he had a replacement ice maker with him and installed it within 10 minutes. It now makes perfect ice! I also had an issue with the microwave over my stove. He reviewed it and said that while he could fix it, it didn’t make financial sense to do so. I also appreciated that honesty. I highly recommend Landers and was completely satisfied.

Steve was very helpful and not critical of my pilot error.

Landers is the best. Almost want an appliance to break down to benefit from their service.

I contacted Landers when my Gaggenau refrigerator started freezing my food. Vito came out to diagnose the issue as a failed thermistor, ordered the part, and installed it about a week later. Fairly straightforward, all work done in a timely manner. It's a high end appliance, so I expected to pay a premium for the repair, but overall the refrigerator has been very good and was certainly worth fixing.

Both technicians were prompt and courteous. Second technician was able to diagnose the issue and returned several days later and installed a new motor and my dryer works great.

I was able to get an appointment for a repair the day after I called. A courteous technician came on time and fixed my dishwasher. Landers charges $200 just for the service call, but the technician didn’t charge any extra because the problem was so minor. Very good experience.

As always, the service technicians from Lander’s are a cut above. Steve diagnosed the issue right away, opened up his tool kit worked magic on our stove, top burners, and we are good to go. I also appreciate how Landers‘s cuts to the chase and tells you what you’re working with in an appliance, what the issues are, discussing how much money you want to put into the appliance, and or when you should consider replacing it. That’s perfect service.

Appointment was very quick to get. Technician showed up on time. Quickly identified the problem and fixed our issue. The combination of the service call fee + a labor fee seemed high though.

Malcolm was professional, and polite. Malcolm checked several possible causes of our issue and decided the oven is working as it should. Lender's service has been around for decades…they were good decades ago, and they are good today!!

Robert, our repairman, assessed our washing machine and said we needed a new bearing, which had to be ordered. He told us how much it would be to repair and we decided to follow that route. He came back within the week and repaired the washer. We had been given a window of time for his arrival and given an update when it looked like it would be closer to the latest arrival time. Felt bad for Robert because the weather was horrid and he didn't leave our house until around 7:30 on a Friday evening but he remained professional, efficient and polite…not sure i would have handled such a long day as well! I have nothing but good things to say about Landers and their crew of workers!

Great service. I had a minor issue with my dishwasher that looked like it could have been something bigger. The repair team came out on time, checked it quickly and didn't try to sell any extra services or fix something unnecessary. I would totally use them again.
