Technician was efficient and competent. He arrived on time and was polite. He explained the problem and its possible solutions. We were entirely satisfied with his service.
Landers scheduled us during the busy holidays, booked out for the week. Our Landers Tech came this morning and reported a bad computer board not communicating with the compressor. The board is more expensive than the fridge to replace. It was a quick diagnosis once he arrived, disappointing news but trusted reliable services at the same time. We are replacing the 13 year old fridge. We would definitely use Landers again.
The technician was incredibly friendly and professional. He took time to listen to my assessment of the issue and explained the results of his analysis in a way that was easy to understand.
I requested time to consider my options between repair/replacement and he provided me with additional information and brochures without pressuring me for a decision.
Landers was great!
Both tech and his apprentice were very professionals friendly. They worked on my fridge and oven. The tech was very knowledgeable and apparently a good teacher too. They advised me well and did a good job cleaning up too.
Super professional. On time and on top of all aspects of the repairs. Wouldn’t use any other company for help with our appliances.

Scheduled service for 12/29/2025. Excellent communications from Landers confirming visit. Service tech Malcolm arrived on time, was courteous and very professional. Unfortunately Landers was unable to repair our 35 year old range because parts are no longer available. Landers waved their service fee. Highly recommend and will use again.
The led light in my freezer went up and caused a few lights in the refrigerator to go out also. They handled the repairs without an issue. Good thing I bought the extended warranty because it was no charge at all.
The technician suggested an idea that saved us hundreds of dollars

Steve was prompt, professional and seemed to be very experienced. He identified my problem right away and made good recommendations to get it solved. I liked working with him.

I wanted to say I was very pleased with the Tech Dante. He diagnosed the problem on his first visit but had to order the required part. He installed the part which turned out to be faulty. He ordered another part an installed it. It appears to be closing the door now and sealing correctly. Dante did not want to quit until he solved and corrected my problem. Landers is a great company for repairing appliances.

My washing machine had been mysteriously leaking water, even after turning off all water to the machine and unplugging it. Lander's booked my apptmt. for their earliest apptmt. in my area. Their serviceman, Chris, was polite, thorough and cleaned up after himself. I am so glad I was referred to Lander's. They fixed my problem and waranteed it too!
