The repair crew showed up on time and got right to work. On the initial visit, they diagnosed the issue and came back four days later (due to our schedule, not theirs) with the part needed to fix our oven. They were very professional and courteous and did their work efficiently and effectively. We could not be happier with them and with the work. We’ll definitely be contacting Landers again for any future appliance repairs we need. They earned our highest recommendation.
Great experience from the call to confirm the service appointment to the tech who serviced our dryer. We have called Landers several times over the years and have never been disappointed! Thank you!

Came 3 days before scheduled appointment!!! Fantastic service. Unfortunately the part that was needed is no longer made. The machine is twenty plus years old.

I couldn’t say too many positive things about our experience with Landers Appliance. Customer service was exceptional. The technician was terrific and arrived on time. He called 20 minutes before he arrived. Gave me a chance to be home. He was thorough, cleaned up after himself and even though we didn’t like what he ended up telling us about our dryer, we appreciated his honesty. We will definitely be customers again.
Dino is a gem. He not only does a good job, he is a delightful person. It is as if a friend came to help.

Everyone was fabulous to work with. Brittany got my appointment set up and explained the process and cost. Very upfront. Chris called to tell me he eas 9n the way. He explained everything he was going to do and was really quick with the fix. Thanks Landers, you have a customer for life!

Chris was on time, very self sufficient. He fixed my washer very well. He was extremely polite.

Hubby left the freezer door ajar overnight…
In the am … both temps were way off…
We were told to empty fridge, turn off breaker for 48 hours with both doors open…
We don’t know if it will fix the issue… time will tell

Well I have to say I was skeptical… but hopeful that keeping the refrig off for two days would fix the issue…

After two days of my kitchen being a mess and running up and down the stairs to the basement fridge…

I got up this morning to

0 and 34!!!

I did a happy dance in my messy kitchen
The other good news was the fridge now is almost as clean as when we bought it

Chris was my tech this morning to fix my cranky refrigerator. He
diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it. He was super nice and professional. And he’s originally from my neighborhood in Baltimore City so that was another plus! Landers office staff were their usual super nice and efficient. I highly recommend Landers Appliances.

My Kenmore Elite washing machine, 15 years young, code said drain hose clogged. I debated calling Landers and paying fee for diagnosing, or just buying new. I’m glad I called and asked for George, who has always been upfront with all my appliances. I’m pretty sure he’s worked on them all. He felt the cost of repair outweighed buying new, because they don’t make them like this anymore. I agreed and told him I’d be calling landers when it was time for new. Who knows, I may get another 5 years! Thank you Landers!
My 20 year old Kitchen Aid side by side stopping cooling the fridge while the freezer portion was beyond frozen. Called Landers , was happy that my account history opened immediately so we could quickly review the maintenance history of this fridge. How many companies have instantaneous ability to cut right to your specific details ? Impressive. It was also impressive that my Landers contact had enough knowledge to know how to move this problem forward. As agreed, Senior Technician Sean arrived today , right after a quick confirmation phone call. Within an hour he determined the problem , cleaned out the trouble spot and got the fridge temp rising again. I now understand the issue and will make sure this doesn’t happen again. I appreciate Sean’s fix and explanation.
On another note, since the machine is 20 years old, I thought we should look to purchase a new one. A Dacron looked good but I called Landers Service to make sure they could service this manufacturer. Apparently Landers makes a point of sending their technicians to classes to learn how to service machines. That also impressed me ! Thank you, Landers Appliance !

Steve and his colleague diagnosed and repaired the issue with my washing machine within 10-15 minutes. I’m very grateful for Landers and their honest approach to doing business. This is my third time using Landers and every time it has been a great experience.

The tech was very knowledgeable. Directed me in the best possible way. It was a little bit older freezer with very limited parts to get. And not a complete model number to order any parts. I appreciate his honesty.

Got to house in a timely manner. Service tech was very pleasant and explained what he was going to do. Cleaned out the clog in the vent tube had way to much dog hair that clogged the vent tube. He check all circuits and dryer is running fine. Be my go to company in the future. Thank you very much.

George was prompt, professional, and diagnosed the issue with our washing machine… unfortunately the problem would have cost more than just buying a new one… Will def consider them again when I’ve need
Service was great. Employees were very nice and polite. The installation was done very smoothly and quickly.
Repair person was good but as soon as he saw the dishwasher is a GE he asked if anyone had told me about the door problem with GE dishwashers when I scheduled the repair. I might have saved myself $169 if I had been told the leak was likely from a bent door and I should just buy a new dishwasher. The scheduler should have known this.
Great next day service fixed my old dryer for much less than a new appliance! Polite, fast, work done correctly and quickly. Absolutely professional, on time, and reasonably priced. Good company, pride in work evident, smooth as butter and very nice.

Bought a new range, dishwasher and refrigerator from Landers. Very happy with the price and always happy with the quality of service. Julian in sales was prompt in offering prices and options and always available by email or phone. Will continue to use Landers whenever the buying or service needs arise.

I had a great experience with Landers Appliance. The serviceman, Dakota, was friendly and thorough. He explained his findings when he completed the diagnostic on my dishwasher. The part he ordered came in quickly and today he installed it. Hopefully it fixes the issue.
