Recently needed to replace my washer and dryer. My space requires smaller stacking units which limited overall options. After looking into the box other local stores, Julian at Landers was able to provide more options than I though I would have. While their delivery service, installation and removal costs more than the other options, I am really happy I went with them. The 3 staff delivering the units were polite, efficient and made sure not to touch anything, not even the walls, when taking out the old units and bringing in the new ones. They made sure I was satisfied with the installation, tested the machines and ran through the features of the unit. I did not feel like they were trying to charge me for things I didn’t need. Very upfront about their pricing and what you get. And that’s what i got. Highly recommend Landers and will use them again for sure.

The overall experience was excellent. Sean, the technician , caled before arriving, and was right on time and clearly identified himself.He was well spoken, friendly, knowledgeable, efficent and completed the work quickly and without any mess or debris. When the work ws completed he knowledgeably explained what was done.

Very knowledgeable staff and technician. They offered suggestions over phone before we committed to the service call. The technician Steve called 20 minutes before arriving. Performed a through inspection of the dishwasher. Not issues found other than regular dish soap was probably used instead of detergent. Well worth the service call.
I asked for an was provided with some replacement options, which I asked for from the sales department.

Excellent, professional customer service! Easy and fast to schedule appt. They even called and had a cancellation for an earlier appt. day. Our technician, Shawn, diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, ordered a part and within 2 days was back out to install it. Reasonably priced and will always use for appliance repairs!

Lander’s service was great! They were very prompt and able to have someone come out the next day to service our washer and dryer units.
